Harp and Bowl Intercession (HBI) is an event that features worship and intercession as revealed by the scriptures, in Revelation 5:8-9.“And when he took the scroll, the four living beings and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.9And they sang a new song with these words, “You are worthy to take the scroll and break its seals and open it. For you were slaughtered, and your blood has ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.”
It is a revelation of the order of worship now revealed to us according to the pattern shadowed by the temple and tabernacles of the Old Testament. “Worship In Spirit & Truth”
Psalms 141:2 “Accept my prayer as incense offered to you, and my upraised hands as an evening offering.”
Exodus 30:8 “And each evening when he lights the lamps, he must again burn incense in the LORD’s presence. This must be done from generation to generation.”
I Chronicles 15 & 16 “David also ordered the Levite leaders to appoint a choir of Levites who were singers and musicians to sing joyful songs to the accompaniment of harps, lyres, and cymbals.”
Zachariah 3:7 “This is what the LORD of Heaven’s Armies says: If you follow my ways and carefully serve me, then you will be given authority over my Temple and its courtyards. I will let you walk among these others standing here.”
It is simply the order of worship without the veil as instructed by Christ Jesus and modelled by the tabernacle of David. It is an event that creates the reality of the heavenly realm of Glory here on earth; which there would be no need of teaching or preaching but everyone will experience God according to the New Covenant He has established through Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 8:10-12 “But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel on that day, says the LORD:I will put my laws in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts.I will be their God, and they will be my people. And they will not need to teach their neighbors, nor will they need to teach their relatives, saying, ‘You should know the LORD.’For everyone, from the least to the greatest, will know me already.” And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.” Jeremiah 31:12-13 & 33-34
It is the Revelation of the Father and Jesus as the Temple in which we worship in the heavenly place (Zion).
Vision - To bring forth the manifestation of the Sons of God, by revealing of the Glory of Christ Jesus in the demonstration of Power through the Holy Spirit.

Objective - To mobilize people (the saved and ‘yet saved’, ministers, and ministries, old and young, sick and healthy, rich and poor, monthly from various communities, to glorify God in worship and intercession, and encounter the power of the Holy Spirit.
HBI has been developed as a response to the call of God for us to establish and admonish the body of Christ on the order of worship and intercession to bring about the manifest presence of God and channel the River of God to every desert place where men and women truly hunger and thirst for Christ. (The Living Water). HBI enhances an instant access to the throne room of the heavenly realm, enabling the divine manifestation of the Spirit to destroy the works of the enemy and give life to the children of men.
HBI is focused on bringing healing, deliverance, freedom and life to the communities of the world. To equip the church, proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord, bringing comfort, consolation and joy. Empowering the church with the ornaments of beauty, oil, joy and the garment of Praise. That we may be called the Oaks of Righteousness- The Holy planting of God, that He may be Glorified.
In summary, HBI (Harp & Bowl Intercession) is a worship and prayer practice as demonstrated in the heavens, revealed to John the beloved and modelled by David in temple of David.
HBI is geared to those who are hungry for more of God and for those who are seeking to see manifestations (healing, salvation, deliverance, forgiveness, restoration etc…)
HBI is not a time of teaching or preaching, but a time of seeking the face and presence of God through prayer, giving room for the Holy Spirit to have His way, as stated in our mission statement. HBI is a mobile event and is intended to be hosted in several communities.
Harp and Bowl Intercession encourages people (seekers) to practice forgiveness as a vital requirement in accessing the presence of God through intimacy of intercession and worship.
